Virtual Sorrento Video

Peninsula Studio Trail (PST) is a new innovation and an opportunity for the public to meet the artist working in their studio environment. The Mornington Peninsula just, a short drive from Melbourne is well known for its beautiful beaches, rugged coast line, natural bush land and wine growing. The area also teems with wildlife and marine species.
Around the world there are many groups fighting to give the ocean a voice. Clean Ocean Foundation (COF) is this voice in Australia. COF was incorporated as an association in Victoria in December 2000. It is achieving peak status in relation to community opposition to ocean sewage outfalls in Australia.

Now in its tenth year on the web, Virtual Sorrento is the first online tourism and community website covering the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula.
Virtual Sorrento is your internet gateway to everything that’s happening right around the southern Mornington Peninsula - from the coastal resorts of Portsea, Sorrento, Blairgowrie, Rye, Rosebud, Dromana and McCrae, to historic Flinders and Point Leo, to Merricks and Bittern, and everywhere in between.
And not just the coast! Virtual Sorrento takes you inland to the vineyards, olive groves, restaurants and produce farms of Red Hill and Main Ridge.
Tourist attractions and facilities, services, local traders and businesses – you’ll find them all at Virtual Sorrento. If you live or work locally, Virtual Sorrento is your link with the local community, and if you’re visiting, you’re sure to find something of interest.
But we’re not resting on our laurels. With Virtual Sorrento at the forefront of web technology, many more exciting online developments are still to come.
